Craftsmanship Guarantee: Each Kefi piece is created with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a one-year craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a structural issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your piece at no charge.

Lifetime Care: I also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for the life of your piece, so it can be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

Repairs due to normal wear are available at cost.

returns & exchanges

I want you to feel confident in your Kefi piece from the moment it arrives. If it’s not the right fit, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we offer exchanges or store credit. All pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
